Great Managers are hard to find. We are looking for someone quite unique. Want to hear more? We are NOT looking for someone to lower our labor, increase our sales, produce budgets, or analyze profit and loss statements. We are simply looking for a great restaurant manager who can learn our menu, our culture and our system then execute that knowledge at very high level. We are looking for someone to care for our fans and inspire our crew. A hospitality person who can make our fans happy with great tasting mesquite wood grilled BBQ and motivated crew!

  • Manage all shifts, which include daily decision-making, staff support, scheduling and planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
  • Enforcing safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff
  • Monitor daily activities to ensure the highest cleanliness standards are achieved
  • Maintaining professional behavior while creating a warm, fun, friendly, and enjoyable atmosphere
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with the company's core values

Requirements

  • Superior listening skills
  • Detailed oriented with excellent follow through
  • Sense of humor preferred
  • Exemplary communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
  • Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment
  • Strong decision making abilities in an autonomous environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a salaried manager in full service or casual dining restaurant
  • Experience with serving beer and wine
  • Proven leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team
  • Previous experience in training and developing people
  • Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
